A Regional Manager at DOSS Social is a Broker of Record for a particular state. We are searching for experienced Brokers with EXECUTIVE characteristics to oversee operations in their state. DOSS Social is currently accepting and reviewing potential candidates for the following states:

• California
• Florida
• Georgia
• Illinois
• New York

What does a Regional Manager primarily do?

Process Agent Sponsorship Forms, Independent Contractor Agreements, and Operations Manuals. Hire and support Account Managers throughout the state. Communicate with DOSS Social Corporate.

Can I be a Regional Manager and actively run my own Brokerage with REALTORS®?

This will be a case by case decision with all factors considered. However, the ideal candidate is either a Broker Associate at a Brokerage or a Broker with less than five(5) REALTORS®.
