After I submit my information to be sponsored, what’s next?

Your Regional Manager will send you an executed Sponsorship Form for your state. Once you get the Sponsorship Form, sign it and send it to the state with payment(if applicable) to process the transfer of your license to DOSS Social. In addition, you will receive our Onboarding Package.

What comes with my Onboarding Package?

When you receive the Sponsorship Form, your Regional Manager will also send an Onboarding Package. In it, you will receive an Independent Contractor Agreement, Operations Manual, and W9 to execute.
*A Regional Manager will send you an executed Sponsorship Form within 24 hours via DocuSign.

What is the referral fee that DOSS Social charges a REALTOR® who receives a lead?

The referral fee for all DOSS Social referrals is 35%.

What is the commission split between DOSS Social and the Social Agent?

The commission split is 70/30.

Example:
-$300,000 Sale/Sold Price
-3% commission is $9,000
-35% Referral fee is $3,150
-70% to Social Agent is $2,205
